Telltale Games’ The Walking Dead Season 3 will be released this fall, while the new Batman game will land this summer. The news comes from Job Stauffer, head of creative communications at Telltale Games. Stauffer also teases that both games will make an appearance at E3 2016 next week.
Telltale Games first announced its Batman game late last year by unveiling a short teaser trailer during The Video Game Awards 2015. Platforms for either game have not been confirmed, but expect them to be available on home consoles, mobile devices, PC and Mac.
The Walking Dead Season 2 was first released in December 2013 with the last episode of the season arriving August 2014. Recently, Telltale Games released a three-episode miniseries starring the character Michonne, which wrapped up in April.
Not much has been revealed about Telltale Games’ Batman entry, but the company does promise that we will see familiar faces including Alfred, Commissioner Gordon and of course Bruce Wayne as the Dark Knight. Check back next week when E3 2016 kicks off for more news and announcements from Telltale Games.
