The Xbox One might be releasing in less than 12 hours, but demand for the Sony PS4 hasn’t dwindled one bit. GameStop has revealed that despite Sony selling over one-million consoles within the PS4’s first 24 hours of availability, the video game retailer has 2.3-million customers still on a waiting list for the system. That’s quite the waiting list, considering that’s only at GameStop.
GameStop also expects a long waiting list for the Xbox One after it undoubtedly sells out tonight and tomorrow once it’s officially released. Meanwhile, the Nintendo Wii U is sitting at 3.91-million units sold as it enters its second year of availability.
