The Crew PC closed beta will kick off July 21 and run until July 25, Ubisoft has announced. The Crew is an online racing game with a massive persistent world filled with exciting driving challenges, iconic places, amazing cars and plenty of people to either team up with or compete against.
In announcing The Crew PC closed beta dates, Ubisoft also posted up some tips for the game. Players will be able to explore the entire United States with no loading screen, with each area of the U.S. containing different content. The Midwest will be home to all missions and skill challenges while the East Coast will feature all skill challenges. For the purposes of The Crew PC closed beta, the rest of the country (The South, Mountain State, West Coast) will be free roam. The final game will feature missions and skill challenges across the entire country.
There will also be two PvP lobbies during the closed beta, one in the Midwest and one on the East Coast. Five vehicle specs will be available in The Crew: Street Spec, Dirt Spec, Perf Spec, Raid Spec and Circuit Spec. The Street Spec will be available in Detroit during the closed beta while Dirt Spec can be found in New York. Players will get a glimpse of the other three specs during the closed beta.
The Crew will be released on November 11 for the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
