The Crew College Tailgate Tour has been officially announced and will be heading to numerous college rivalry games over the course of six weeks, giving college campuses an opportunity to check out Ubisoft’s upcoming open-world racing game. A pair of trucks equipped with gaming stations will simultaneously tour the country and will be on each campus during the week leading up to the game as well as setting up on game day near the stadium. Fans can also get a chance to win prizes including video games, consoles, t-shirts, game tickets and more.
The Crew College Tailgate Tour will kick off October 18 for the UCLA at Cal game in Berkeley, California before heading to the Texas Tech at TCU game in Fort Worth, Texas. Then it’ll be off to the World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party in Jacksonville, Florida when the University of Florida takes on the University of Georgia on November 1. Then it’ll be off to Baton Rouge, Louisiana where Alabama will take on LSU on November 8 before The Crew College Tailgate Tour makes a stop in Coral Gables, Florida for the Florida State University vs. Miami game. The final stop for the tour will be in Los Angeles, California for the USC vs. UCLA game on November 22.
“College rivalry games have intensity unmatched by any other sporting event,” said Tony Key, senior vice president of sales and marketing at Ubisoft. “What better way for fans to show their pride and play a role in their team’s rivalry than to take on opposing fans in The Crew and race to prove who is best?”
The Crew will be heading to the PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on December 2.
