Persona 5 will be released on September 15, 2016 in Japan, Atlus has announced. The JRPG will be heading to both the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 consoles, although it’s unclear when it will be heading to the U.S. and Europe. In Japan, a Collector’s Edition was also revealed that includes an art book, a soundtrack with songs from previous Persona games and series-inspired DLC that includes outfits from Persona 3 and Persona 4. Atlus did not confirm whether a Collector’s Edition will be heading West.

The game will make an appearance at E3 2016 and it is likely that Atlus will announce a U.S. release date then. The game was originally announced for the PlayStation 3 in 2013 and had a winter 2014 release date. Since then, it has been delayed presumably to add PlayStation 4 support. At least year’s Tokyo Game Show, Atlus revealed that Persona 5 would be delayed until 2016.

If you’re a fan of the Persona series, the latest trailer that you can watch below will surely please you. Simply put, the game oozes style and follows in the footsteps of previous entries and looks fantastic.
